Asam pedas ayam daun pudina




Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam (potong 8)
5 biji buah keras (dikisar)
10 tangkai cili kering (dikisar)
10 tangkai cili merah (dikisar)
2 labu bawang besar
4 batang serai
1 cm lengkuas
1 cm halia
1 cm belacan
2 biji tomato
2 biji terung
5 batang bendi
2 kelopak lobak masin
Sedikit air asam jawa
4 keping asam keping
3 ikat daun kesum
4 ikat daun pudina
1 kuntum bunga kantan (dihiris)
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
Gula & garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang kemudian masukkan semua bahan yang telah dikisar tadi. Apabila telah wangi, masukkan air asam jawa, asam keping, daun kesum & daun pudina. Kemudian masukkan ayam yang telah dipotong tadi. Masukkan garam
& gula secukup rasa, masak ayam hingga naik bau. Apabila ayam sudah hampir setengah masak masukkan terung, kemudian
masukkan bendi, lobak masin, lebihan daun pudina & akhir sekali taburkan bunga kantan di atasnya.

Ingredients :

2 tsp olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2-3 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 cup chopped parsley

2 tsp dried oregano, or 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

800g canned tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato paste

1/2 cup good red wine

500g spaghetti

2 tbsp capers

12 black olives

1/2 cup chopped parsley, extra

2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Method :

Heat oil and cook onion, garlic, parsley and oregano for 1-2 minutes over low heat. Add tomatoes with their juice, tomato paste and wine and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring to break up tomatoes. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water until just tender; do not overcook. Add capers and dives to tomato sauce and serve over drained spaghetti. Sprinkle with extra parsley and basil.

Fat per serve : 5 grams

Today, Dunkin' Donuts offers fifty-two varieties of donuts in each shop, but the most popular have always been the plain glazed and chocolate-glazed yeast donuts.

Makes 1 dozen donuts

DONUTS
*

One 1/4-ounce package active dry yeast
*

2 tablespoons warm water (98 degrees)
*

3/4 cup warm milk (30 seconds in the microwave does the trick)
*

2 1/2 tablespoons margarine or butter
*

1 egg
*

1/3 cup granulated sugar
*

1 teaspoon salt
*

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
*

3 cups vegetable oil
*

GLAZE
*

5 1/3 tablespoons (1/3 cup) margarine or butter
*

2 cups powdered sugar
*

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
*

1/3 cup hot water
*

FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE
*

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1.

In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
2.

Add the milk, margarine or butter, egg, sugar, and salt, and blend with an electric mixer until smooth.
3.

Add half the flour and mix for 30 seconds.
4.

Add the remaining flour and knead the dough with flour-dusted hands until smooth.
5.

Cover the bowl of dough and leave it in a comfy, warm place until the dough doubles in size, about 1 hour. You can tell that the dough has risen enough when you poke it with your finger and the indentation stays.
6.

Rollout the dough on a heavily floured surface until it's about 1/2 inch thick.
7.

If you don't have a donut cutter, and don't intend to buy one, here's a way to punch out your dough: Empty a standard 15-ounce can of whatever you can find-vegetables, refried beans, even dog food. Be sure to wash out the can very well, and punch a hole in the opposite end so that the dough won't be held inside the can by a vacuum.
8.

When you've punched out all the dough (you should have about a dozen unholed donuts), it's time for the holes. Find the cap to a bottle of lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce, or any other small cap with a diameter of about 1 1/4 inches. Use this to punch out holes in the center of each of your donuts.
9.

Place the donuts on plates or cookie sheets, cover, and let stand in the same warm, comfy place until they nearly double in size. This will take 30 to 45 minutes.
10.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Bring the oil to about 350 degrees. It is easily tested with scrap dough left over from punching out the donuts. The dough should bubble rapidly.
11.

Fry each donut for about 30 seconds per side, or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on paper towels.
12.

For either the plain or the chocolate glaze, combine the margarine or butter with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl and blend with an electric mixer.
13.

Add the vanilla and hot water. Mix until smooth.
14.

If you're making the chocolate glaze, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Stir, then microwave another 30 seconds and stir again until completely melted. Add to the plain glaze mixture. Blend until smooth.
15.

When the donuts have cooled, dip each \top surface into the glaze and then flip over and cool on a plate until the glaze firms up, about 15 minutes.

I think cooking is fun, and have always had a knack for making a tasty dish, but it seems like I can't quite stack up to restaurant quality. With my love for being in the kitchen, I decided it was time to update my recipe book with some new foods. I decided that in order to cook things that were restaurant quality, I would need their recipes. It took a while to find the right mix, but I finally got what I was looking for. These recipes range from all over the place, but my personal favorite that is sure to wow family and friends is a Pizza Hut recipe.

It took a while to perfect, but here is the recipe:

Pizza Hut Original Pan Pizza Recipe

1 1/3 cup warm water (105F)

1/4 cup non fat dry milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups flour

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 pk. dry yeast

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for dough)

9 ounces vegetable oil (3 oz. per pan)

Butter flavored Pam

Sauce:

1 (8 Ounce) can tomato sauce

1 teaspoon dry oregano

1/2 teaspoon marjoram

1/2 teaspoon dry Basil

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 qt.) bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed. Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes. Divide dough into three balls. In three 9" cake pans, put 3 Oz. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in cake pans. Spray the outer edge of dough with Pam. Cover with a plate. Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Sauce:

Combine ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.

For Each Nine Inch Pizza:

1. Preheat oven to 475F

2. Spoon 1/3 cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1" of edge.

3. Distribute 1 1/2 Oz. shredded mozzarella cheese on sauce.

4. Place toppings of your choice in this order: Pepperoni or Ham Vegetables Meats (cooked ground sausage or beef)

5. Top with 3 Oz. mozzarella cheese

6. Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown.

Bahan-bahan :

7 biji telur
2 cawan tepung gandum
2 cawan gula pasir
2 cawan air
1 tin (390g) susu manis
3 sudu makan mentega
1 sudu makan soda bicarbonate
1 sudu teh esen ros


Cara penyediaan :

Hanguskan gula. Kemudian masukkan air diikuti mentega. Masak hingga mendidih. Tutup api dan sejukkan.

Pukul telur sehingga kembang. Masukkan susu dan teruskan pukulan hingga rata. Masukkan tepung dan soda bicarbonate. Kemudian masukkan gula hangus dan pukul hingga rata. Akhir sekali masukkan esen ros dan kacau rata.

Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang kek. Tutup loyang rapat-rapat dengan aluminium foil untuk mengelakkan wap air kukusan masuk ke dalam adunan.

Kukus selama 1 1/2 jam.

Bahan-bahan:

250g mentega
1 ½ cwn tepung
1 cwn gula caster
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
3 biji telur
Sedikit esen vanilla
3 sudu besar serbuk milo - campur sedikit air dan dijadikan pes


Cara Penyediaan:

1) Putar mentega dan gula dengan menggunakan electric mixer sehingga putih.
2) Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanilla. Putar hingga kembang.
3) Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau dgn senduk kayu pun boleh juga.
4) Ambil sebahagian dari adunan tadi, campurkan dengan pes milo tadi.
5) Tuang ke dlm dulang pembakar secara berselang seli. Bakar selama 50minit.

* 200g coklat masakan
* 70g mentega
* 2 biji telur
* 50g gula halus
* 60g tepung gandum
* 1 sudu kecil baking powder

Cairkan coklat. Gunakan kaedah "double boiler" .

Kemudian masukkan mentega. Kacau sehingga mentega cair. Selepas tu bolehlah panaskan oven sehingga suhu 170C.

Dalam mangkuk lain, masukkan telur dan gula. Kacau sampai sebati. Tak perlu penaik(kembang).

Masukkan telur ke dalam mangkuk coklat. Kacau biar campuran sebati.

Ayakkan tepung dan baking powder ke dalam mangkuk coklat. Gaul sehingga sebati.

Isikan adunan ke dalam bekas muffin sehingga 1/2 penuh atau 60% penuh. Bakar selama 20 minit.
8. Selepas masak tu, mungkin muffin ni lembik sikit( sebab hanya sedikit tepung yg digunakan) tapi bila dah sejuk dia akan keras dengan sendiri. Jadi kalau lepas 20 minit tu, masih lembik tak payah bakar semula.
